Hemp Fiber Grow Operation

USFF has a 325 acre Hemp Fiber grow operation in Iowa that is producing at very high levels. We are still in search of the "Perfect Strain", but are very comfortable with the strains and phenotypes we have developed. They are working beautifully and are proving a success in this climate. 

USFF is working with the State of Iowa to increase the hemp acreage in the State. It is a USFF goal to increase the acreage allowable for Industrial hemp to 40,000 acres at least in the next three years. This increase will benefit the State in many ways and will help to further the "Green" cinstruction industry in Iowa and beyond.
